Individual Therapy

My hope is to create a safe, nurturing and collaborative space to help clients address long standing issues, and to explore different parts of their life that are in distress. We will work together to deepened self-awareness, define goals, understand and learn how to respond to painful experiences with kindness and acceptance. My goal is to explore and provide you with tools to feel healthier and a renewed sense of well-being. Average treatment time around 8-12 sessions.
